Description: Beautiful views of the Cascades. Mostly flat, though natural lava outcroppings and mounds offer subtle elevation. The foliage is mostly junipers, sage brush and thick desert grasses. Baskets are beautiful orange powder-coated Mach 5's.

Dry Canyon

Description: The course snakes through high desert terrain with sparse groves of junipers, sage and grasses. It is bordered by canyon walls on the west and a paved walking path skirts the east side of the course marking OB. Family friendly layout allows easy access for strollers and less agile players. Fenced dog park next to parking.

Directions: Located in West Canyon Rim City Park in Redmond. Take Highway 97 to SW Evergreen Ave, right on SW 5th street, left on SW Black Butte Blvd. Course is across the street from the Redmond City Skate Park. Park in the lot near the dog park.

Sundance Meadows

Description: A variety of length and a good mix of terrain. It plays through dense juniper (trimmed around tees and targets, but can be thick in areas). Bright yellow Tones and two sets of well-manicured natural tees. Sundance Meadows is a member owned RV ranch and retreat. Horse riding, swimming, miniature golf, hiking, canoeing, etc. The ranch offers RV sites, bunkhouses and other amenities for the weary traveler. Day use fee = $5 for non-members.

Directions: 27th to Rickard Rd. Follow Rickard Rd. 1 mile to a right on Arnold Market Rd, 4 miles to entrance to Sundance Meadows (drive slow!). Park at main entrance and go inside to register ($5) prior to playing.

The Coyote's Den DGC at Crooked River Ranch

Description: Rests peacefully in the tranquil and scenic Crooked River Canyon. Scattered with Juniper trees and dense patches of mature sagebrush. Soft soil in places.  Baskets are beautiful orange powder Disc King ‘King Pins’ with white poles. Day use fee = $3 for non-Crooked River Ranch residents.

Location: SW Ranch House Rd, Terrebonne, OR 97760

Directions: 

From Portland Area via Mt. Hood Hwy 26 East to Hwy 97 South through Madras. Going South on Hwy 97 about 19 miles past madras you will cross over the Crooked River Bridge, and the exit for Peter Skene Ogden State Park. Go About 1 mile past and turn right onto Lower Bridge Way. Look for the Crooked River Ranch signs. Head west for about 4 miles and turn right onto 43rd. Go Approx. 2 miles turn left onto Chinook. Keep going on Chinook down into the Canyon. Go past the entrance to the golf course about a 1 mile. When you pass the the Big Coyote Statue on the right keep going and the entrance to the course will be your next left just past the Trading Post. Hole #1 begins on the left side of the Memorial Park.

From Eugene, Corvallis, Albany, Salem Area via Hwy 126 East through Sisters. From Sisters Exit East onto Hwy 126 to Redmond. Turn left going North on Hwy 97 for about 6 miles into Terrebonne. Go past the Thrift Way and take your next left onto Lower Bridge Way. Look for the Crooked River Ranch signs. Head west for about 4 miles and turn right onto 43rd. Go Approx. 2 miles turn left onto Chinook. Keep going on Chinook down into the Canyon. Go past the entrance to the golf course about a 1 mile. Black Butte Ranch

Description: Magnificent views of Black Butte and the Three Sisters. Challenging with a mix of open meadows and dense pine forest. OB includes roads, paved walking trails and water. #5 borders the end of the golf course driving range; beware long balls! #7 - 9 are on the opposite side of the street from the parking area.The course is located outside the gated portion of the Ranch and begins at the restroom on the East end of the soccer/playing field.

Directions: From Bend/Redmond: head to Sisters and continue towards Black Butte Ranch on Highway 20. Turn left into Black Butte Ranch at the entrance. At the immediate Y turn right. Follow the road past the main lodge, tennis courts, and recreation center. Turn left towards Big Meadow Golf Course. Park near the play structure. You should be able to see the restroom (Hole 1 tee) from any of the playing field parking spots.

From the Willamette Valley: head southeast on Hwy. 20. Approximately 7 miles past Suttle Lake and 8.5 miles before Sisters, turn right into Black Butte Ranch. At the immediate Y turn right. Follow the road past the main lodge, tennis courts, and recreation center. Turn left towards Big Meadow Golf Course. Park near the play structure. You should be able to see the restroom (Hole 1 tee) from any of the playing field parking spots.

Course Notes: Maps are available at the recreation center near the main lodge. With the exception of Holes #1 and #7, the tee boxes are near the previous hole. Be cautious on Holes #1 and #6 as they play through the playing field near bike paths, basketball courts, and play structures. On holes #2-#6 watch out for golf balls hit past the end of the driving range.
